Moving from the Diaphragms
The movement of diaphragms organizes the flow of movement, fluids and energy through the body. Each meditation will focus on how the embodiment of specific diaphragms affects the entire system.

Flying with Six Wings
The skeleton includes three pairs of wings that allow us to fly through space: the sphenoid bone, the scapulae, and the pelvic halves. Each set of wings is guided by a pair of endocrine glands that provides energetic support.
