Become aware of the relationships among the three intrinsic brains of the body—gut, heart, and head—to deepen your self-understanding and to re-pattern unhelpful responses to stress. As you access the wisdom of your body, you will be invited into the process of embodiment through the tools of Somatic Movement: movement meditation, embodied anatomy, and hands-on facilitation. You will leave each session feeling physically, emotionally, and mentally refreshed and more connected to the world around you.
